Stowaway

There have been a number of questions raised about whether "Snitch" the Monkey has been abducted or if he just "stowed away" in the mysterious red van.

Here is a copy of the National Monkey Alert:

We have found that the alert is nothing more than a hoax.

The following pictures have been forwarded to QFL management.  We have found the following to be true.  Snitch was over a year old and was never given a name.  She told us that the nice ladies in the van she stowed away in decided to call her Snitch because she snitched a ride, some candy, some ice cream, pie and a few fat quarters along the way!!!

Snitch has obviously been on a long and fun quilting road trip!  We have been assured that Snitch will go home when the fun of QFL is over.

She also mentioned that as far as the alert goes - if they really loved her and paid any attention to her, they would know that she has been wearing the same GREEN pants for over a year.  She choose green pants because deep in her heart she wishes she lived in Wisconsin because she is a huge
Green Bay Packer Fan!

Snitch is obviously having a great trip.  When was the last time any of you had a banana split!!!

Snitch with her new friend at Bits N Pieces

Just a stop at a shop and Snitch has her own blanket, friend and little playmate!

Scary traffic in Menomonee Falls.  But I made it across the street to The Quilted Basket.

After all these shop stops it is time for food!!

Dairy and fruit, 2 of the food groups and Ice Cream for Dessert - Life's good in Wisconsin.

After all of this you would think I'd be tired.  But, there has been a lot more fun on my trip . . .

Can you believe that there is a Sock Monkey Museum in Rockford, IL???   That's me next to Soxanne!

We went to Bigsby's too.

I got to try out the quilter at Sew N Sew in Appleton - I need one of these!!!

A beautiful day in Crivitz.  Then we had Chocolate Pie.  I didn't even know there was such a

wonderful thing as chocolate pie.  I love Wisconsin!

I've been so busy and having such fun on my trip...But I am starting to get a little tired and miss my family.  I'll probably head home soon.  It's been fun visiting all of you quilting ladies!
